Everything about this visit and the facility was top notch and the staff is phenomenal. Dr. Tina and everyone we came in contact with did their absolute best to make sure my daughter (4yo) was comfortable and not scared. Megan, Odalys, Mo, Aubri, Lauren, (I’m sure I left some out) were all so accommodating and the first thing my daughter told me when we left was that she thought she was going to be scared of the dentist, but everyone was so nice that she actually had fun. My son has autism and they work so well with him (he is difficult at the dentist). Hygienist always greets him with a calculator & has space documentaries queued up on the TV for his visit. (hes into numbers & outerspace). They've always got little prizes to motivate the kids to finish their cleanings (sparkly rings for my daughter). My youngest had a dental emergency that our usual dentist couldn't take care of, so they recommended a few options and we chose Merhoff & Associates. They were able to get us in the same day and took care of my daughter's teeth a few hours after her initial visit. Now all of my children go here for their dental care and they all enjoy it, as much as one can enjoy dental work, haha! The staff is incredibly friendly and kind and they are happy to discuss any issues or concerns.
