Dr. Tina Merhoff grew up in a small town in west Tennessee, where she received her pre-college education. She then attended Middle Tennessee State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree.
Following college, she attended the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where she graduated in 1995.
She also received her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry from Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1997.
Dr. Tina is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and an associate member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She holds membership in the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentists, Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Society of Dentistry of Children.
Dr. Tina is a member of the leadership team for the March of Dimes: March for Babies here in Winston Salem.
She was on faculty as an instructor for the Department of Dentistry of Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
There she pursued hospital pediatric dentistry with special interests in Craniofacial Deformities and children with special needs. Dr. Tina holds hospital privileges at Forsyth Hospital in Winston Salem and all its associated surgical centers.
Currently, Dr. Tina resides in Winston Salem with her husband Vance, their daughters Maddie Bea and Abigail Louise, and their Yorkie Poo, Princess.
