The event grew so much this year – we had over 730 attendees for Pregnant in the Piedmont, an informational fair for expecting and new parents hosted by Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. We met so many new faces and provided them with resources as they welcome their new baby and learn to care for their oral health. We encouraged moms and dads to wipe their baby’s gums after feedings, watch for the eruption of teeth and make an appointment with us by the age of 1. Of course our tooth fairy made an appearance! The big brothers and sisters loved meeting her, brushing our puppets teeth, and enjoyed sugar free lollipops!

Pregnant in the Piedmont is an informational fair for expecting and new moms hosted by Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. We got to introduce ourselves to the attendees and provide them with resources as they welcome their new baby and learn to care for their oral health. We encouraged moms and dads to wipe their baby’s gums after feedings, watch for the eruption of teeth and make an appointment with us by the age of 1. We provided sweet treats and baby gifts to all our new friends! And even the tooth fairy made an appearance!

Dr. Merhoff did a wonderful job on my son's teeth. He was 2 years old and needed dental surgery. We were worried he might lose some of his teeth, but Dr. Merhoff spent 4 hours in surgery. No teeth were lost & now his teeth are doing fine. Great job! From one mom to another, excellent care for your children ( staff and dentists)

We absolutely love this dentist! We had tried a handful of dentist befor finding ms Merhoff! The staff is amazing and the office is perfect for kids. They make the whole family feel comfortable and it’s always a smooth visit for all. We love them so much we drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back just to go here! I highly recommend! If you’re not local it’s worth the drive that’s for sure! I never regret the four hour drive!

From the very first phone call to inquire on getting my toddler started with Merhoff & Associates my nerves were set at ease. I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit nervous but our first appointment was such a positive experience! The entire staff is friendly, patient and so experienced with little ones! My toddler responded very well to the interactions with the hygienist, Erica and the dentist, Dr. Melissa. Both of which were absolutely amazing. I loved being able to be a part of the experience by holding my toddler in my lap and helping her feel secure during the exam and cleaning. We are excited to have found a great pediatric dentist to grow with!

Kind and understanding staff. Super accommodating! Went in for toddler dental evaluation and he got a crown that day within 30minutes!! I’m super impressed with their work, bedside manner and friendliness!

Took my son for his first dental appointment and we were nervous how he would react, but he LOVED it and keeps asking when he can go back! The atmosphere is very child focus with plenty of activities to keep the kiddos entertained while you wait. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Tina is a beautiful soul. My son felt at ease with everyone he encountered even took multiple x-rays without any fuss. So thankful our pediatrician recommended Dr. Tina and her team!

The clinic is very nice, very clean. Dental examination tools are very modern. The dentist and assistant are very friendly... I feel very grateful to my son's doctor for recommending him to this place. This is the second time my children have gone to the dentist. My children had a very bad experience with the first dentist's clinic. So I was very concerned when I looking for a new dental clinic for my children. Until I got to Tina Merhoff all my worries thing went away. My son so happy and tell me he want to take his sisters come back here next time also.

My son Greyson had an emergency dental issue, and having never been to this provider we were treated like family. Everyone we came across made this an exceptional experience despite his pain, he left happy and the emergency resolved. Would highly recommend this place and will be changing to this dentist moving forward

My son had his first visit at Tina S. Merhoff & Associates Pediatric Dentistry in August. My son hates any type of doctors office but from the walk through the children’s doctor at the front, to sitting in the waiting room surrounded safari animals, to walking to the exam room encountering many smiling & kind employees, to practicing brushing a stuffed animals teeth to show what would be done to him, to watching a Disney movie while getting his teeth cleaned & having an outstanding Dentist (Dr. Victoria Phipps O’Neal) who was very informative & relatable, my son felt safe. I look forward to our future visits!

These ladies are amazing! We saw Erica (dental assistant) and Dr. Melissa. This was my daughters first dental appointment, and she is four. Needless to say my daughter was crying and screaming and was not excited to be there. That did not discourage the team in continuing to be being patient, and remarkable! They answered all my questions, allowed my daughter to look and touch all instruments so she can familiarize herself with them and continued to smile and stay calm even when my daughter didn’t. I am so impressed! Basically, even though they did not have the best patient, they continued to give exceptional service and care!

I brought my 2.5 year old here after a traumatic experience with her first dentist. Not only was the staff really knowledgeable, but they knew how to work with my anxious toddler. They were caring, playful, patient, and professional. I would give them 100 stars if I could!
