Stephanie joined our practice in January 2024. Originally from Massachusetts, Stephanie and her family moved to North Carolina in August 2022. She graduated from Middlesex Community College in Lowell, Massachusetts in 2012 with an Associates in dental assisting then continued to go on and get her Associates in dental hygiene in 2014. She has over 10 years experience in pediatric dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her husband Nick and her two young daughters, Nora and Elsie.

Valerie Alexander
Valerie joined our practice in April 2015. She has been a dental assistant for over 30 years.
Valerie attended Virginia Institute of Technology and is originally from New Jersey, but she has called Winston-Salem home for the last 30 years.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends & family.

Erica Johnson
Erica joined our practice in August 2022. Erica graduated from Forsyth Technical Community College with an Associates in Applied Sciences. She rotated through our office and was hired immediately upon completion. In her free time, Erica likes to cheer on the Carolina Thunderbirds hockey team and spend time with her friends and family.

Brianna Dew
Brianna joined our practice in July 2023 after earning her Associate in Arts degree and Dental Assisting certification from Guilford Technical Community College. Since then, she’s been dedicated to keeping your little ones’ smiles healthy and bright. Outside the office, Brianna loves spending quality time with her boyfriend, Carson, her two adorable nephews, Kamden and Slade, and doting on her sweet fur baby, Willow.

Elizabeth Souto
Elizabeth joined our practice in January 2006. She is a graduate of the class of 1996 from Robert Morgan Technical College.
She has more than 14 years of experience in Pediatric Dentistry, serving as a Dental Assistant. In July 2005, she moved from Florida with her husband, Greg, and daughters, Ruby and Gennevi, to Salisbury, NC.
Elizabeth attends a Jehovah’s Witness Congregation. She enjoys cooking for family and friends and spending quality time with her husband and daughters.

Haley Gooding
Haley joined our practice in May of 2024. She was a dental assistant in general dentistry for 5 years prior to joining our practice. She loves all things food and shopping! You can find Haley in her free time, singing on her praise band team at church as well as spending time with her family, friends and her golden doodle Sadie.

Maggie Stevenson
Maggie joined our practice in July 2008. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Guilford Technical Community College in 2008.
She rotated through our office as part of her schooling and was hired immediately upon completion. She was born and raised in Randolph County but now resides in Kernersville with her husband, Andrew, and their two daughters, Sloane and Sutton.

Meagan May
Meagan joined our practice in February 2010. She attended Surry Community College, Central Piedmont College, and NCDATS.
She began her dental career in a Pediatric Dental Practice in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2007. She was born and raised in Pilot Mountain.
Meagan and her husband, Mike, enjoy spending time with friends and family — especially their twins Reagan and Sawyer!

Maddie Bea Merhoff
Maddie Merhoff is Dr. Tina’s oldest daughter and attends Clemson University where she is majoring in Microbiology. She has obtained her coronal polishing and radiology certificates and is interested in the dental field and following in her mother’s footsteps. In Maddie’s free time you will find her being active in her sorority Kappa Delta, being a Cosmic Mentor at Clemson, being a member of the VAW, and volunteering her time with Clemson Students for Mental Health which she co-founded.

Abbie Merhoff
Abbie Merhoff is Dr. Tina’s youngest daughter and attends University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Like her sister, she has also obtained her coronal polishing, and radiology certificates and has a sincere love of dentistry. She hopes to follow in her mother’s footsteps as well. In Abbies free time she is active in her sorority Tri Delta, is an ambassador for the honors college, is a team leader for VAW Global Health Alliances, and is on the Fundraising Chair for Magical Moments.
